Well John, I hope you take this in the right way here.

I think we should all step back a little here. I want to preface this by saying that I for one have been offended by some of the name calling and misrepresentation of my intentions. I think even you would admit that there have been some of the supporters of this stock that have been unnecessarily personal in their remarks about myself, and others, that have been called an organized effort to discredit this stock.

There is no organization that I am aware of. Yes, we have posted to each other on satirical threads, assuming fictional identities at times, and writing posts as a way of relieving stress in trading stocks. But we have been up front about this, and I certainly make no effort to hide it.

I came upon this thread last week and was curious as to why so few of the questions were answered to a satisfactory level of verifiability. At why those being asked questions, chose instead to question the questioner, rather than simply answering the questions.

The explanations that I have been given for things, frankly, didn't make sense to me based on my experience and understanding of the technical issues involved or of the business plans discussed. I think that I have been remarkably consistent in asking for "real filings" and accountability in lieu of verbal representations by the CEO of a company that surely, absent any documentation available to me about the structure of this company's capital formation, is likely to have the most to gain by the success of the company. Surely you must admit that it is prudent to expect accountability. Person to person representations over the phone are the hardest, I think, to prove if there is ever a misrepresentation. Surely you would agree with that.

Without reciting other issues that have been raised, and really only answered apparently to those that have talked with this CEO, let me just say that I see some red flags as far as my putting money into this company. But that is my opinion, and I encourage everyone to form theirs independently.

We probably have more in common than not. We both are investors in lots of issues, I'm guessing. If not you then I can fairly represent this about myself. We both value our capital pretty highly, I would also guess. And at the very least I would guess that we both take doing our homework on stocks quite seriously.

I respect that you believe very strongly in this company, whether or not you have a position in it's stock. So maybe if we all got around to pinning down some facts, over and above what the CEO has represented, and stop dwelling on these comments of impending big rumored news, then we can move on to really coming up with some useful analysis, that to my way of thinking, has set SI apart from the other public threads like Yahoo.
