A class action lawsuit is being filed in the State of California due to Peter Michaels', CEO of WWWC, fraudulent use of shareholders' money as described by "Robert" in previous posts. The purpose of this suit is to first gain control of the mess Mr. Michaels has created by not allowing the audit to be completed and secondly to go after ALL management personnel that have fraudulently used shareholders' money.
