To the contrary, Reginald, I've found a compelling reason to sell MS and buy Netscape. Ask me why. Ever tried to get a free t-shirt from MS? When IE3 came out I was up during the wee hours trying be one of the first to download a copy and win a free t-shirt. Traffic was so busy, it took an hour just to begin the download, which progressed so slowly that the estimated time was over 20 hours to complete. Free? Not at $2.50 an hour.

Last night those of us who beta tested the new MSN program viewer had another opportunity to win a free t-shirt by simply logging on during a given hour. Traffic was so heavy that I never even got the opening screen. When I finally did get on, MSN put forth several minutes of fancy graphics before performing an illegal operation and collapsing. But the offer had expired.

So I'm dumping my MS shares. Every one. And I'll take the fortune thereby derived and sink it into Netscape. I can hardly lose any more than I already have trying to get a dumb t-shirt. Free t-shirt, indeed!
