I was trying to buy stock at 1/8 (without any luck), up until yesterday when I cancelled my order in disgust - disgust over the fact that I received my proxy yesterday, and saw how much money Jacobs and Mowatt have taken out of the company the past two years, without providing any performance in return. Nonetheless, I held my nose and voted in favor of them, for the simple reason that there does not appear to be anyone on the horizon to replace them.

Maybe this year they will finally earn their keep.
