Hopefully, all who are interested will read this before they ask the same questions of Ioptics. <<Thank you for your interest regarding investing in Ioptics and our revolutionary OROM technology. Currently, the company is privately held with funding comprised of investments from Microsoft, Polaris Venture Partners and certain individuals. We are targeting mid 1999 to bring OROM to market and expect to go public shortly thereafter. However, right now we are sufficiently funded to complete our product prototype and don't anticipate another round of financing that would include individual investors.
