Keith!...not at all!....This is not a delay! This is for real! They know they have good products and a good company. They know they have to get their act together and settle this frivilous lawsuit. They know it's eating up their profits! All those waiting this long will wait further to see the outcome. It's not easy to have faith but again, one needs to look at the downside to where it's at and how far it can go and then you can't help keep the faith a little longer! Irene
