Charles - Thanks for posting. I had gathered from your note on the other thread that your SAC was fairly informal, and that you are or were the Shareholder Rep for the smaller shareholders. Is that the case? Secondly, could you give us an idea of the nuts and bolts of your relationship or dealings with the company?

I also take it that your group did not get involved in elections to the board. Is that the case?
