While increasing oil prices will add to inflation worries, the overall economic picture still appears very bullish. I wouldn't be concerned about the overall market falling because of increased oil prices. If that happens, this market is very quick to make a *sector rotation* and I would think that the Oil Services sector will immediately come into favor with the street.

I find it difficult to imagine a scenario where oil price hikes will drag down UTI. The land based drillers live and die on the price of crude and any significant rise in oil prices will accent the low forward valuation currently being placed on UTI. UTI was a $48 stock while oil prices were firm. I would think that this stock will continue to appreciate as oil prices rise. The forward PE is very low.

Maybe someone else on this thread has a different view or can add more to my opinion?

Good Luck,
Michael
