If you don't mind my 2 cents on this subject

I can not see any positive thing that could come
out of another secondary for MRVC.
If one simply looks at the chart and saw what happen
after it's relatively recent secondary and now we are
really feeling the resistance in the stock price
due to dilution would not this hypothetical secondary
just dilute the stock even more?
If the secondary was written in Blood and not just a promise that we got at the time, that it would ONLY
be used for public and trade publicity to let the world really know and understand this company then maybe some benefit could
be realized.
IMHO.
At the shareholders meeting last Dec. Lip service was given, IMO
to shareholder's interest was a serious concern from management and
at the CC's IMO the same thing was said.
Management is totally focused on technology and sales, period.
What's wrong with this you say. Nothing except
earning by this company has gotten only a yawn from the street for
33 quarters of impressive growth (consecutive)
That's over EIGHT YEARS of not missing the numbers.
Losses are only from acquit ions.
I repeat EIGHT STRAIGHT YEARS of consecutive,IMPRESSIVE growth
and we have shareholder's selling today with new and exciting
technology happening as we speak.
Spend some Damn money on PR Publicly and let the world know
the tremendous assets, expertise, pioneering breakthroughs in this industry, etc, etc, etc, that MRVC possess...then maybe
shareholder's will get
the support this stock deserves.
If you want to be considered one of the leaders of this industry in certain areas,
you have to "Look like one of the leaders" not just say you are.

Just one Dummy's Opinion!
