Mike: An after thought. Percentages to me makes sense, if we could find out what percentage that we (total shares of share holders) of the persons that want to take action in this SAC committee. I think we may be in a better position to represent those that have an interest in this company. Now I know that a lot of us here do not want to publicly divulge a sensitive issue as to how many shares that they own and to get around this why not elect a person here to assume the responsibitity to retrieve this sensitve count via e-mail from the share holders. This person can than report to all of us as how much of a percentage that the SAC holds. Just a thought! Frank
