Frank - I concur, we'll certainly need to know how many shares we can muster, particularly for any board (of directors) action. We have participants here, but also potentially a number of others who haven't posted on SI awhile, or who would like to join from Prodigy, or from AOL. Do you by chance subscribe to those services? (I don't.) If you would like to be in charge of keeping a confidential running tally of our holdings, or would accept the job, you have my one vote. Everyone/anyone else? Mike.
