Rudy I fully agree. It has been happening on an almost consistent basis all week and could be very costly to your capital account. That is why they should remove the name "real time trader" because it is misrepresenting what they deliver. We are also told we have global scan but thats not true if you are using the 150 newly restricted ticker count. Instead of restricting the live number of files that are drawing bandwidth they imposed a system that renders the best features of the system useless. All they need do is keep 'LIVE" the four files shown under the file menu and if you bring up another file the one replaced is turned off until you reverse the process. Global scan should not be impacted at any time by restrictions as long as they are on the 'LIVE' files. AS it is now using this system for the "daytrader" purpose they originally sold it on is like driving a porsche with a 30 mph governor. You know what it can do and you would love to get your hands on the *^%$&^ that made the decision to restrict its proper use. Hard to believe that upper management has condoned their self inflicted poison pill. You folks embarassed them today and forced them to acknowledge that they are close to being a fraudulent service provider. Competition is very close to matching RT"s strong chart features and has significantly surpassed RT in reliability. Now even the price gap is being reduced. What will it take to make them move faster to resolve THEIR prolems and stop trying to make everyone else the fall guy. Have they ever asked their users for suggestions on how to resolve problems?? What a waste of good software !!!
