Company made 2.1 million; Paid off debt of 3.1mil and gave investment banker 1 mil. Less debt - Simply paid off a big loan with proceeds from sale of stock. Basic accounting forces it to charge off earnings. Made .18 c easy. Maybe someone forgot basic math. Company will clearly post greater than .18c next qrt because of increasing income and less debt. I don't understand this one. Went long today. Wall St. usually sees through this type of stuff...go figure. News is just posting a loss of -.14 which has little relevance. Maybe the REAL news will come out this weekend, If not, expect a big gap up, as many savvy fund managers and investors pick up on this.
