DJ - IMHO reading what the float is (large), the stock is not acting right... lots of volume with very little movement but a "little" bit down each day .. are my indications of a company selling shares. NO traders or investors are buying or selling to create this lack of movement for such a long period - MM manipulation which represent LTGL for the most part - and the order of the day is to move my shares onto the float. Which adds another dynamic when their is a reverse-split, the MM's still have their percentage of shares and they still have their positions at the same equivalent value (higher value); it is in the MM's interest to continue the shorting. NO win situation, unless the company provides an AUDIT with a very successful track record of making profit which creates a stampede of investors to buy the stock, then the shorting stops. If I'm incorrect someone please correct me. Best wishes:)
