Sitting here trying to figure out how this stock can go DOWN during a week with this news.

Then I brushed up my grammar and remembered something I was told when I posted the news over on the SI Knife Joint aka Tokyo Joe's Cafe.

I went back to the news release and tried to focus on what the guy told me. Found the following:

"... intention to merge with Buffalo Capital IV, Ltd...."

"...to become fully reporting in the shortest possible period of time.''

"Coconino will be able to use a capital infusion to accelerate the expansion ..."

"The parent company also has plans to expand its Enviro-Tec, Inc. industrial and commercial waste disposal operations."

I being true blue long missed the tense and verbage when I first read it. The street did not.

They want the ink on the merger to dry and the 10q in Edgar.The street is a demanding mistress.

We will get there.
