It would make more strategic sense to wait to "formally" post the
information to the news services on Monday to generate more
investor interest and have more positive impact on the stock.

In any case, dealing with the government/military takes lots
of time and patience. This is just round 3 of the shakeout process
to prove large scale technology feasibility, safety, cost effectiveness, and prove environmental compatibility. I think it will require an additional 3-6 months to evaluate/eliminate the current
contenders and to select the "finalist(s)". There might be more than
1 technology chosen to maintain a competitive "bidding" environment.

Holding CXI/COES for the long term.
