Does anyone have any insight into MU's strategy here? It seems foolish, or maybe even desperate, to bring up SDRAM in this case. When can they file dumping charges for the 97-98 period?

The chaebols were closed today for a holiday and could not be reached for comment. Lawrence Walders, U.S. attorney for Hyundai, said the latest Micron complaint "was thrown into the case at the last minute and has no relevance." SDRAM modules only became an important item in the market after May 1, 1997, and aren't involved in the 12-month review period of the current case, ended April 30, 1997, he said.
