IMPORTANT POINT:

I think that one of the bigger problems here is that TSIG made it sound like somewhat of a bad deal (as far as share dilution goes) in the press release. The way I think they did this was by this line:

in an all stock transaction valued at $15 million

Most people probably read this and were thinking

"Let's see here $15,000,000/.27= about 56,000,000 shares!!!"

This would lead people to believe that through this deal they are diluting the hell out of the stock. This may explain the drop the day of announcement.

But this is totally wrong. They, infact, only issued about 6 million shares to acquire CC and they actually got a steal of a deal!!!

Remember TSIG's stock was valued over a $1 probably around the time they did the deal. This is why there is the apparent discrepancy between the price of $15 million and the # of shares.
