Now John, before we jump to hasty conclusions which I already did last night-- I called and Joe answered the same phone he always used for his number. He was very friendly and upbeat and recognized me immediately, and I told him I had got email about phones being disconnected. Why? because they had 9 phone numbers and were disconnecting them as there were too many.

They say everything is very in business and within two weeks official word about whats going on will be "released." As in press release, I ask. Yes, says Joe.

Joe, says I, I hope you realize it is stressful to only know that a company is alive only because it is still trading, and nothing else. He agrees and says they are really working on it. I believe he meant it.

"We're still here, everything is fine, we're going to be here", Joe says.

Again, this for me was long term hoping it would slowly go to $2.00 anyway. I am not very worried about them going out of business, but I don't think there is going to be any pump and dumping manipulation going on either. First of all, Jim hates it, and does not want to be part of such maneuvers which help people do just that. That's one reaons you don't see a lot of paper flying out of American Dream.

So, still there, still trying to make money.

I was satisfied that Joe does realize this is a hell of a way to run a business when you're asking people to put their investment money in it, and that is being addressed. These guys didn't expect the trouble a public company would bring, I suspect, and are trying to catch up with the reality of it all.

Anything else, John, we'll just have to wait. You didn't really lose out too much if and when anything moves. You can still get in with more than you sold and lose about $40 maximum in commissions, and if you are properly placed, trades can go for under $10 anymore.

So do watch closely, just for your own mental health. I don't know what they're going to do, but they sure are in business and Joe sounded better than ever to me.
