Will, you raise some good points about valuation between these stocks. Obviously, the comp. is brutal. STB is probably a great buy at this point. TDDDF finally bounced today. I merely took offense at Mr. Rivers' certainty of 9's outcome vs. STB's. Just look back on this thread. If 9 can win OEM business with silver hammer, why shouldn't they be back in the game? Oh, and as long as management owns the kind of stock that they do ( STAN, Andy...) they get my vote. THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY WHERE THEIR M........is. Their are good people at this place...Ralph, Parker, Larry Mac. I wish them the best. Does it bother me to see all the red ink, and probably more next week? Yes? Look ahead, man the stock isn't trading at 3.5 by looking in a mirror. The stock is anticipating a CHANCE at future tidings. P.S. to my pal Chuck R. : Look at a SHVA thread 2or 3 days ago and look at my comments concerning TDDDF. No metal necessary Chuck, maybe you will figure it out, that sometimes you can insult people and not know really who they are. Thanks for your particular insults back in Feb. You have re-confirmed my belief in shorting stocks that Front-Runners like you recommend ; and going long stocks that are "mis-managed" that you warn others not to buy. Ironically, it was your post back in Feb. that helped me decide that it was time to get out of stbi, tdddf, and dimd..thnx I won't need your advise now when I start buying some of them back. Will, thnx for the vent-time. My chapter with Muddy Waters is closed. jr2 |
