That is one hell of an installed base. But beyond that, that's 20 million folks with removable disk drives already on board in one form or another. What is the liklihood that these people are going to junk their Zips (or Jazs) and buy a Sony drive? Pretty close to zero. The easily tapped market for removable drives is pretty small, thanks to Zip and Jaz and all the others. THATS what Sony is up against (among lots of other things) and it ain't gonna be so easy.
