PlayStation Mall Tour Visits Phoenix's Paradise Valley Center And
Invites Consumers to Sample Some of the Hottest Videogames of
1998
Sony Computer Entertainment America Friday announced their visit to the
Paradise Valley Center, as part of the month-long, nine-city mall tour
celebrating the sale of the 10-millionth PlayStation game console.
The PlayStation debuted in North America less than three years ago on
Sept. 9, 1995, and continues to lead the competition with a diverse product
line-up.
The PlayStation Mall Tour will allow consumers of all ages to sample new
and yet-to-be-released PlayStation games including Blasto, Bloody Roar,
NBA Shoot Out '98, Gran Turismo, and Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes
Back.
In addition, all attendees can enter the "PlayStation 10 Million
Sweepstakes" for a chance to win one of 100 "collectors-edition" midnight
blue PlayStation game consoles and one of 1,000 dual shock analog
controllers.

Sacramento, Calif. Downtown Plaza April 3-5, 1998
Portland, Ore. Vancouver Mall April 10-12, 1998
Los Angeles Glendale Galleria April 17-19, 1998
San Diego Mission Valley Center April 24-26, 1998
Phoenix Paradise Valley Center May 1-3, 1998
Albuquerque Cottonwood Mall May 8-10, 1998
Salt Lake City Fashion Place Mall May 15-17, 1998
Denver Park Meadows May 22-23, 1998
