Gary or any other experienced trader - I am sitting down with a lengthy 10KSB-A. I am finding that of the listed stockholders, around 8% is owned by directors/officers, (turnaround company) and 75% is owned by growth funds. The listed stockholders account for 67% of the outstanding shares. So, 33% float. Now, out of these growth funds, 85% are out of the country, Grand Cayman and Germany.
Now, does this mean I should run away like a bat out of ........?

I recall someone saying that they did not want that much fund activity in a stock because the sell off could tank the stock. Anyone have an opinion?

Thanks,

Randi
