Hi Ed Glad I don't have any FST paper ! I wonder if the new investors have been TIGHT-HOLED ? I wonder who these new investors are? FST puts 65 cents/share [minus commission], therefore 58.5 cents /share into the treasury for each share sold. How do you spell DILUTION. STRACHEN must be good enough to entice new money --- not good enough to go to the present shareholders for more. What's going to happen on Monday ? Ed , how do you read this financing ?
