Everyone on this thread is content with Castle.

Software has been through several upgrades and is stable.
Once is awhile, the data feed from Nasdaq itself can be
a problem. castleonline.com

Executions are similar to any SOES software. Cancel orders?
When executions are within seconds, you have to be pretty
quick on your part to cancel them. Short availability -
if there is not a stock on their list, you can call them up
and they will get you the shares you need from JB Oxford to short.

Account Balances: Castle lacks here. Other places like
Shamrock Online shamrockonline.com email your
trading power and positions each morning. Wish Castle
did something like this. It would be nice if the buying power
and positions were built somewhere into the software (non Java version) that updated with each trade.

Customer service is superb.

Level II is $150/month.

If you use AT Financial, you get Level II / time and sales /
charts and TA for about the same price. atfi.com
Castle could drop the price of Level II if they wanted.

Price structure: $19.95/trade.
