Hi Folks. We have always had a fairly good understanding of the fundintals of this company and fairly well in agreement on the integrety and determination of the management. Every thing we see points to asset growth and of course stock growth. The company saved many, many thousands of dollars with this empty shell purchase. By that I mean, that the net effect of the merger is that CSMA has purchased reporting by purchasing the name and statuts of Buffalo. The time involvment for completion of the merger agreement should be considerably less than preparing and filing of 10K documents and obtaining approval by SEC and nasdic. This really is another very profitable acqusition in terms of becoming a reporting company. After the merger The company will have ready funding available for further expansion and growth. All this will increase the quality of fundamentals. You can be sure that the institutions interested in investing in this stock have done their home work. It look very likely that institutional buying will begin once a price above $l is realitively stable. Of course do your own DD. If you agree, this may well be the time to consider increasing your position, if you are inclined to do so. Thanks. Appreciate comments.
