We are united in our dismay.

On the other hand, (1) Stevens is clever and may know that pausing here for a disruptive offering is not priority, and (2) the last time I went "huh?" to a financing was when Peter Johnson went down to $30/share (pre-split) to keep things going.

Johnson *did* have a clear concept of priorities, and AGPH shares ran almost without interruption to $110.
