CF_Rebel- just say no to secondary

I heard Noam say they were talking to an investment banker in the CC, and I wondered what could be up. A secondary (tertiary?) offering never crossed my mind- it makes no sense in the context of shareholder value.

Here are some ideas presented between here abd the Yahoo! board that I think are great:

1) Move the earnings date up 2 weeks. Costs nothing. If MRVC is going to continue to perform, let's hear about it first, and set the bar high for the others to meet.

2) Change MRVC's SIC code from 3674 (semis) to 3576 (networkers). Costs nothing. My Engineer's soul says this is stupid, and anyone who wants to will figure it out. I have also come to learn that little crap like this might make a difference to somebody.

3) Stop denying takeovers. Noam could just say- 'well, as you know, anything is possible in this business! ;^)' Costs nothing.

4) My own beef- have the MRV and Nbase websites reworked and maintained by a professional website designer. The web pages are pathetic, especially for a networking company. The Xyplex site is much better, but could be improved a little.

Well, I hope some of you in Las Vegas will send a report of the MRVC booth next week!
