Joe, the statements are from ACAR's 10K (9/10/96) page 16. To see the 10K I used EDGAR sec putting Aegis in as the keyword. I own this stock and wish it would do better, but these lawsuits seem to be keeping it from advancing. I wish someone could tell me the suits are without merit or wouldn't cause a material impact on ACAR. Regards, Tom
