Jack,

The sentiment reflected by your post is identical to my own. I have not designated an attitude stock since BORL (BTW it does currently have an attitude). The time horizon encompassed by attitude stocks extends farther than the short term. All the POWs were attitude stocks. The 14 POWs included RECY from under 3, CADE from under 2, APCO from 6 1/4, MTON from 7 7/8, HURC from 6 1/4, RADAF from 12 3/4, ABTE from 7, SEEQ from under 2 1/2 (it went to 3 15/16 and failed to push higher), BLSC from 5 1/4 to 9 in 5 days, AMVC from 2 1/4 (and still chomping at the bit). Some disappointments included BOSCF and RLLY. There's a couple others. Somebody will remind me what they were. GTAX from 8 came out of the blender during the transition phase from POW to the present by way of the "SWAT" thread. SWAT picks were not held to the qualification of first being an attitude stock before selection but I was able to elbow GTAX into the fold. The only other officially endorsed attitude stocks that have come out of my own list since GTAX are AINN and BORL

I must admit that I've let that aspect of what I do fall onto the back burner a bit due to the voracious short term appetite currently sweeping the market. This weekend I plan to produce at least 2 more official attitude stocks....dammit. I have at least a couple that I've been impressed with over the last 2 to 3 months.

Stay tuned,
Doug R
