I took my car in for service yesterday. Noticed a lack of inventory,
so I spoke with the owner's son about it. They are running four (4) weeks behind
on rail delivery. Guess which RR? Union Pacific!! Switching problems or embedded
systems?
Every time I go in, I ask if he's heard from Ford about remediating
the embedded systems in their vehicles? Same answer: No! Although Ford wants his
sytems compliant and is working with him on their problems.
But, as usual, the hell with the customer!
