I am not attempting to make light of the Y2K problem. However, I do have some interesting disclosure statements from companies that represented to the SEC that they have solved to problem at least as far as their internal systems go.

In light of your vitriolic response to my previous posts, I am reluctant try to post something that you obviously don't want to hear. I too am "trying to be part of the solution." I feel there is a benefit in holding these disclosures up for examination and trying to influence future disclosures by constructive criticism and public suasion rather than governmental fiat.

Let me know if you want me to post some of the better ones. If you are uninterested I will go elsewhere.

Regards
Stewart Nelson
