Hi, I am new to this site, I got wind of this stock from Penny Wise Stock Picks site. Company looks amazing. I am big time into GLOW (GLOBAL GAMES), could be a 10 bagger in a year. This company seems it could even outdo that!

I always look at the risk side before jumping in. From what I've read so far I see two possible risks, which I am hoping someone out there could help me with, calm my fears so to speak.

1) I've been in stocks where their progress was in the hands of a government agency, like FCC or EPA. One company told me 45 days and EPA approval would be had. I waited 1 1/2 YEARS. Needles to say the stock lost alot of value, which was completely regained as soon as the approval came through ... but the waiting was difficult. Is it that this product cannot be used until FCC approval comes through. How long ago did they apply for FCC approval? Any other comments on FCC would be appreciated.

2) The company they are joining forces with Symmetry is not yet certified. Again the same sort of thing as point 1. When do they expect certification and when did they apply? Will the 96,000 order go ahead or is it dependent upon the FCC and California certification of Symmetry?

My hope is that someone can reasonably explain away these risks so I can buy a whole bunch of shares early Monday morning.
