Mike, I think that political discussions are important to share prices, as it is the politically motivated Fed that is keeping this bubble afloat. But I am kind of wishy-washy on the liberal label. Each issue requires a different stance and I find myself with liberals on some and conservatives on others. I believe any thinking person, and you are one, would do the same. The only ones I ever see who are straight party line are on "Crossfire." <G> Even then, they sometimes have to preface their remarks by saying that though they have taken the other side in print, it is their job to take the party line during this debate. Nonsense.

And, how many liberals do you know who have a concealed carry permit? Unfortunately, in Houston, it is too hot to conceal a gun with clothing most of the time and ankle holsters not only require me to carry a "mouse gun," they also give me blisters. <G>

But I do believe the govt. is both necessary and vital and does many good deeds extremely efficiently. That is something difficult for conservatives to swallow. And I also believe we should pay our taxes. After all, we voted them in. <G>
