Believe that if you'll check the NASDAQ delisting requirements it has to get up above a dollar for ten consecutive days. Read the post by SOSYSTEMS on the Yahoo thread and you'll learn mucy more about the delisting process from an individual who deals with that particular matter on a daily basis. One day of upward movement accomplishes nothing except to let us know the potential for the stock once something of substance hits. Anybody who thinks the company has the kind of cash lying around to move the price of the stock is deluding themselves. Stock manipulation by management could well be one of the things which would cause the stock to be delisted. I doubt seriously management would be willing to take the chance. After all, most of them are much larger shareholders than many of us. Too, they know the value of the technology and the markets being penetrated than we do.

DJ came out with an Investment Profile on NCTI a few hours before the brief pop in the price. That could have been the cause or it could have been something we have yet to find out about. Time will tell.

Been long on NCTI for over five years now and I'll say to you what I say to the folks on the Yahoo thread--BUY MORE NOISE!!!
