To Efrain From Soxan Welcome to our little thread. Your question about the Start Treaty is probably the only thing holding back success for us. Basically E'Primes problem is also their biggest asset except for their personel. The Peacekeeper technology which E'prime is to use for their launches, is tied up with the treaty with Russia. Remember that the peacekeeper is basically a ICBM. We had agreed some yrs. back not to use this even for peacefull means. That is the simplest explanation I could come up with for now.
