I had the same thought. In the next 30 days, NCTI only has to get the bid above $1 for 1 day, otherwise they get notified that they have 90 days in order to get the bid > $1 for 10 consecutive days (much harder than for 1 day).

If NCTI goes to the OTC BB, then the NASDAQ MM's will lose their licence to print $$$$ with NCTI.
