I think at one one of the conference calls, Ira said the
float was 45,46,47 million shares in 3 seconds. About a
week later, he was quoted as saying the float was 51 million
shares from an AOL chat.

My best guess is the 51 million share figure.

The audited financials were supposedly released to Edgar yesterday.
Apparently it might take 2 or 3 days for them to be seen.
