Didn't you want to see form 10 filings? Well, now, within
a few weeks, you will see them.
This company, BUFF, is fully reporting. A shell company set
up for the sole purpose of being acquired by a company like
CSMA to 'jump start', propell, maneuver us into reporting
status. This will, in a matter of time, give us the opportunity
to get listed.
We have everything else in place. All we need now is share price.
BUFF is a fully reporting, clean shell company. After the deal
is completely finalized, CSMA will then take on that status.
Go to bed one day owning a non-reporting company, wake up the next
day owning a fully reporting company.
Isn't that great?! If the street sees the news as negative
that's great too. Hope they sell off a million shares next week!
