I would say 99% of the current users will upgrade to win98. Think about that if you
have spent more than $1000 or even $1500 for the hardware, would you just
save $109 not to upgrade the software , and which will make your system less efficient ? Just like a car, If you lready spent $20k for a car, will you save that
$200 not to fix the break , which will threaten your life on the highway? So, I would say 99% of the current users will upgrade from WIN 95 to WIN 98 if their hardwares allowed.
