<<Lon, a retired financial planner in Clovis, Calif., has
been impotent since prostate surgery three years ago.
The second time he took Viagra, he felt ''a slight
beginning of an erection, but nothing to get excited
about.'' So he will stick with his inflatable implant,
which he says is not as bad as it sounds.>>

For the urologists out there. It was my understanding that tissue was either removed or destroyed when implants are inserted into the penis. Is this true or false? If it is true is it fair to be testing out the efficacy of Viagra to patients that have implants (e.g. inflatables), who may or may not have enough functional tissue?

Thanks in advance from a person who knows very little about ED. Good luck.
