Walleye, That does not concern me because the company has also grown a great deal. Myriad alone is adding $90 MILLION in revenues for 1998.

In the conference call Ira said that he is also putting out a proforma for 1998. I believe on Monday. This will show projected revenues of $120 million in revenues, with profits of around $11 to $12 million. And Ira said these are very, very conservative projections.

If the company goes from 20 million to 51 million outstanding shares and at the same time they go from $8.5 million to $120 million in revenues, I think we are now more undervalued than ever.

And the revenues could be MUCH higher for 1998. I believe the $120 million projection for 1998 does NOT include the Workman's Comp Processing, Payroll Financing and Morton Downey Jr. And all three of these are BIG revenue items.

I think putting out the proforma in conjunction with the financials being posted is an outstanding move on Ira's part. I think the timing is fantastic. The financials will show credibility to the brokers and others. They can see in print that FAMH is profitable. The proforma will show the growth and great earning potential FAMH has for 1998. In my opinion this is exactly what the brokers have been waiting for. I think this will have dramatic impact.

With the combination of the financials and the proforma early next week, I think we could see $1.50 next week. In my opinion when FAMH takes off it will really move. It has just taken a little longer than some of us hoped, but very much worth the wait.

People just do not understand the power of brokers and major players.
