Hi Peter, threaders,

Thanks for your continued confidence; it's led me to build a significant positon in PRCY. I read an article in the Monday WSJ; April 27,98 which I want to share with others on the thread;

"Acknowledging that the differences between disease and function claims are "sometimes difficult to distinguish" the FDA listed a series of examples that showed how minuscule these distinctions can be. Products that claim to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, for instance, can be considered dietary supplements, while those that claim to lower cholesterol would be considered drugs, according to one example cited in the proposals.

The FDA would allow a dietary supplement to claim it helps absentmindedness since absentmindedness isn't a symptom of a specific disease. But it wouldn't allow a supplement to claim it reduced joint pain, since that is a specific symptom....."

In light of the rule changes, the purchase of HUMA Tech, with its' private labeling, is a display of marketing savvy by our management team. I've never been to an annual meeting nor do I have regular contact with investor relations, but from all outward appearances this team is making all the right moves.

Thanks Peter for sharing all your insights.

best, art
