TK, A qualified "yes". I would hope it would remain constructive in nature and not turn into something that would ultimately be detrimental to the Company and thus hurt us as stockholders in the process. I'm sure this is understood but I felt obligated to mention it. BTW, according to the DEF 14A, the annual meeting will be held at the Driskill Hotel, 604 Brazos Street, Austin, Tx. on June 5, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. Local time. I wouldn't want anyone planning to attend to be an hour early because of something they read here. :-) Gary
