None of us knows anything "for a fact" about the audit. You are entitled to your speculation, as are those who have been listening to that NETZ/ZULU hit "The Financials Will Be Out" on the same broken record player for so long.

My speculation is that Hayton as a "financial advisor" (is that what he is being called now?) has seen the financials and that Richard Fisher (allegedly trustee of 97% of ESVS stock for a group of UNKNOWN investors) who has had past connections with Hayton has probably seen them too.

The motives here are still unclear to me. I'd bet a randmiserly sum of $10 that ESVS is using ZULU to shore up their listing, but do they need a merger to do this? Or is a stock swap with a company that can continue to dangle "potential" (for who knows how long) good enough to suit their purposes? What are their purposes? How fast is Mrs. Hayton's bank account growing?? Surely ZULU and ESVS have only the best intentions for NETZ shareholders...
