Replies #6370 and #6376 both point to vagueness in my report that Mary Conway of NETZ's IR firm told me we could expect an announcement on the audited financials next week. Just to be fair to Ms. Conway, I should note that the specific wording I used was my own; I wasn't trying to quote her. She told me she was not able to comment on the audited financials, then said NETZ would be releasing news next week and also gave me a phone number for the ESVS IR folks. To be sure, as #6370 and #6376 suggest, we do not know what next week's announcement will say; the message could well be that the financials have been delayed, etc., etc. I just want to make clear that I don't think Ms. Conway was trying to be clever or evasive with me. The vagueness lies in my own choice of words to report this conversation. She told me right up front that she couldn't comment on the matter, and didn't try to plant the idea that next week's announcement would necessarily be good news. Sorry not to have been more careful in detailing all of this--.
