You may have a point with regard to certain sects in regard to racial hatred, but I sincerely doubt that the knowledge of what color Jesus's skin is/was would make much difference with regard to racism. People who are predisposed to hating will do so regardless of facts. I seriously doubt that most christian organizations give such fringe groups (militant) much positive attention to their agendas. I suspect they are just as ashamed or more so that such groups tout their agendas based on something which happened around the time of Noah (I think).

I was personally offended by Louis Farahkan (sp?) speaking in the million man march a couple of years ago (?). LF, in my opinion is clearly a racist also, but the funny thing is, I don't hear people jumping up and down about it. It is only when it is the white (supposed) majority which does something to offend the economic fairness of the other races that we hear so much about racism. I would submit that all races are guilty in some measure of racism. This may have not been where you were trying to go with this, but this is the sense I got from your response given some of our past conversations.

Confession: I'm not particularly fond of our neighbors south of the border. I am probably in some measure a racist in that regard. But I don't participate in a public way to show this, or use such a place as this to rail against them. We are all the same color underneath. But that is hard to remember given the stories we hear or percieve about others who aren't white. Hate them?, no, just would prefer not to have them around.
