You need to talk to IR for exact details. Typically it is employees, venture caps, individual investors.

It doesn't matter how bright the future is. If the VCs in at a cost of 1-3$ have hit their return numbers, they will be selling, at 7,6,5,4,3$.

If you are an employee with options or direct ownership of 50-100,000 shares, and the wife wants that new homew, vacation home, car, boat, plane, once again it really doesn't matter how bright the future is, the stock was free or cost 10 cents a share so why not cash out 1/2 the holdings (diversification). You still have a bunch of shares to appreciate and probably options on more every year.
