MS Stocks .. ARTM Gary, Kurt & all whom it may concern found out a factor that maybe one of the causes this stock is so depressed. Found on a website (think it was Select Capital) that ARTM issued convertible debentures worth $60.000 thru them in 1997. No wonder ARTM stock is not doing well... best wishes CROSSY
