Regarding AND, the company does not look unhealthy at first glance, but the income this q includes a large entry under "Rent and Miscellaneous Income" that seems like one time only...otherwise it looks like a money-losing company. On the other hand it has some cash and not too much debt..again on first glance. phbolton, perhaps you could explain a bit more...? Timing is key, if the company isn't in immediate trouble it might not be as good a short, just look at ZITL, didn't really start going down until it was very clear that it was nearly out of cash and out of answers.
